Draft addendums and necessary disclosures for approval, obtain signatures and ensure compliance is met.
Track all critical dates and receipts pf docs (escrow compliance, appraisal, loan approval, closing disclosure, etc.).
Troubleshoot issues within transaction.
Submit transaction to office accounting.

Build MLS - $75 - requires agent to provide all necessary documents for MLS listing
Attend inspections - $100 for first 3 hours, $25 for each additional hour
